This course will provide instruction and training on the procedures for preparation and administration of medication with instruction online, lab, and Assisted Living Facilities. Students will complete a minimum of 48 hours in class and 20 hours in a clinical setting. After successfully completing this course, students are eligible to take the Virginia Board of Nursing exam.
